Design Mold Opening Process

Idea

When you have a new idea to communicate with us, we will ask the designer to draw you a draft of the product so that you can see the general shape of the product.

2D Drawing

Then we'll give you a 2D draft drawing to lay the groundwork for the 3D samples.

3D Sample

When you think it's feasible, we'll give you a 3D drawing to verify that it's suitable for production.

Production

After the success of the mould, we will send you a sample to confirm the colour, material, quality, packaging, etc., accurate, we will mass produce, the production cycle will be about 30 days, the length of time will depend on a variety of factors of the product.

Mold

When everything is ready, we will start the moulding process, which usually takes about 30 days, depending on the factors of the product.

Adjustment

When you confirm that the 3D image is what you want, we will 3D print a sample for you to see if you can open the mould , and discuss what else needs to be changed to optimise the upgrade
